"The hotel has a perfect location in phi phi island, just walking distance from the pier, amazing view from the pools, good breakfast, friendly staff members, beachfront, the rooms are not bad but it needs modernisation, avoid rooms next to street if you are an early bird, as the music is too high until 3am, in general was ok for us.. good value by the way."

amazing pool and great location

amazing pool friendly staff

The pool was the highlight. It had a pretty view. the staff was super friendly, and there were many friendly cats around, which i loved! breakfast offered a very good selection. the hotel had a second, more private pool with another amazing view.

the room showed lacking cleanliness. the sinks had limescale, and the shower walls were grubby from soap buildup. bits of dirt were on the floor, and dust was behind bedside cabinets. mirrors also had stains.

the hotel features two pools, a main pool with beach views and a smaller, more private pool. both pool areas include sun loungers . the hotel provides breakfast service, including a varied buffet.

the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! it included local and western options. the breakfast area is located right on the beach. there was a good selection, like sausages, bacon, eggs, pancakes, cereals, breads, juices, hot drinks, fruits, and cakes.

The location was directly on the beach. breakfast was a buffet and had a beautiful view. i liked the strong air conditioning. It was much needed, considering the weather. the hotel had a really nice jungle vibe to it with many cats around.

The wi-fi was not great. It kept cutting out in the room, a little annoying

beachfront hotel convenient service lovely pool area great food

the hotel has a prime location right on the beach. the pool overlooks the ocean. staff collected our bags from the pier and dropped them back off when we left, i found it very convenient. the pool area was lovely and i could eat poolside most days. the food was great too.

the staff were friendly and helpful with luggage, taking it from the pier upon arrival and returning it for departure. the pool bar offered quick service and the staff were generally attentive to guests needs. i found them responsive to requests.

I liked that it was right on the beach. The pool area was a fantastic spot for relaxation, especially with a lovely ocean VIEW. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The breakfast had SO MANY options and was very tasty with a beach view. I appreciated the strong air conditioning in the room, a lifesaver in this tropical climate. cats everywhere.

Beachfront Bliss and Great Breakfast

The location was very convenient. I found the pool to be lovely , with such pleasant views and the pool beds weren't too busy. Breakfast on the beach was a good experience. Every staff member was genuinely nice. Bags were collected from the pier upon arrival and returned upon departure. This added to the ease of travel.

The room included a comfortable bed and clean bedding and we got fresh towels each day. There was also a rack for wet towels , which was helpful after using the pool or beach.

The staff were helpful and polite . They showed us three different rooms , allowing us to select a room with an ocean view, and I was very happy to find almond milk available at breakfast.
